It’s been a week, but still dreaming about this chili crab rice. Extra point for the scorched rice (aka crunchy rice - a thin crust of slightly browned rice at the bottom of the cooking pot)🤤

P.s. it wasn’t spicy at all though. In fact, it was quite sweet.
